Cold Blend Cocktails

We love coffee cocktails. The combination of your favourite spirit with an added caffeine boost is always welcomed, and even better with the vitamin boost from our drinks. That makes it healthy, right? Here’s a few of our favourite concoctions using our Cold Blend.

Two Birds Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS

+ 100ml Two Birds Cold Blend Coffee
+ 50ml vodka
+ 10ml honey or agave syrup (ve)

METHOD

  • Pour 100ml Two Birds Vitamin Enriched Cold Blend into cocktail shaker, filled half with ice (if you don’t have a cocktail shaker then a coffee/water flask also works).
  • Add 10ml honey or agave syrup.
  • Add 50ml spirit of of your choice (vodka for the classic serve, rum or whisky to mix things up).
  • Shake vigorously for at least 45 seconds (top tip – make sure the ice is hitting the front and back of the shaker).
  • Strain and sieve into a ‘champagne coupe’ or martini glass.
  • Garnish the top with coffee beans.
  • Sip and enjoy!

Two Birds Whisky Sour

Whisky Sour

INGREDIENTS

+ 50ml Two Birds Cold Blend Coffee
+ 25ml Scotch Whisky
+ 15ml freshly squeezed lemon
+ 10ml honey or agave syrup (ve)

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients into your cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 45 seconds and strain it into a tumbler glass.

Two Birds Rum & Bass

Rum & Bass

INGREDIENTS

+ 25ml Two Birds Cold Blend Coffee
+ 25ml spiced rum
+ 25ml oatmilk
+ 5 basil leaves (1 for garnish)
+ Angostura Bitters

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 45 seconds and then strain it into a tumbler glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Two Birds Hotel California

Hotel California

INGREDIENTS

+ 75ml Two Birds Cold Blend Coffee
+ 25ml tequila
+ 10ml honey or agave syrup (ve)

METHOD

Pour in your tequila into a tall glass and stir in the honey. Then pour in your Cold Blend on top, which should give a lovely contrast effect in the glass.

Two Birds Virgin Espresso Martini - Alcohol Free

INGREDIENTS

Two Birds x Caleño - Blanca Caleño - Alcohol Free

INGREDIENTS

+ 50ml Caleño Dark and Spicy
+ 50ml Two Birds Cold Blend Coffee
+ 50ml oat milk
+ 10ml agave syrup
+ Plenty of ice

METHOD

Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously and then strain it into a tumbler glass.
